About
Carolyn Ferris is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts Amherst, with majors in both Theater and English, as well as a certificate in Professional Writing and Technical Communication. With recent work as a Production Apprentice with Gloucester Stage and the lead Stage Manager and Assistant Production Manager for the UMass Theater department, she focuses in management, but extends her skills to technical areas such as costuming, lighting, and hair and makeup. Recent credits include Twelfth Night - Directed by Milan Dragicevich (PSM), Mother and Me - Melinda Buckley (PSM), Wipeout - Directed by Shauna Gozansky (Asst. Production Manager/Props Designer) and many more. My love of theater combined with the skills and tools learned under the English major have allowed me to accomplish goals and set tasks to make my dreams a reality. Please contact me with any questions or insights!
